Dr. Jonker is board certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts and another fellowship in mucosal immunology and nutrition at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

Dr. Davies is a board certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He completed a fellowship in minimally invasive robotic and bariatric surgery from Sutter Health Alta Bates Summit Hospital in Oakland, California. Dr. Davies received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and completed a general surgery residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
